CARE INFORMATION
Fondant decorations are extremely fragile. We do what we can to protect these items during transit however there are occasions when damage occurs.
Allowances for breakages are included in each package along with care and repair instructions.
If your items does arrive damaged, please contact us immediatley and we will come up with a solution the issue.
Once you have received your items, they will need to be stored in a dry, cool area out of direct sunlight. A pantry or cupboard is perfect for this.
Do not refridgerate or freeze your decorations at any stage. This will cause your decorations to become soft and sweaty.
ORDERING TIMEFRAMES
Please try and place your order as soon as possible or at least 2 - 3 weeks in advance of your required date so we are able to schedule in your order.
If you require your order sooner than 2 - 3 weeks, please contact us prior to placing your order so see if we are able to accomodate your request.
All parcels are sent out in the weeks leading up to your event but if you prefer it sooner, please note this when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
